    Easy Dinner Recipes

    This category was designed to help decide what to cook for dinner this week! These are my "go-to" dinner recipes when I need something easy that doesn't take too long to prepare. All the recipes are naturally gluten and dairy free and most of them are 100% plant-based.

    I usually double the amounts and eat it twice or freeze 2 portions for another time. One of my favorite recipes is this savory vegetable crumble. Simply grab all the vegetables you have in your fridge, season with your favorite spices and top with this gluten free crumble.
