Delicious bliss balls made with NUX almond butter, oats, dates and maple syrup. Covered with colored sprinkles for a funky touch.

Ingredients
- 2 (35 g) Medjool dates
- 35 g NUX almond butter
- 15 g gluten free oats
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Optional
- colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Blend the dates and the almond butter in a small kitchen blender or food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until dough forms.
- Press about 1 teaspoon of dough between your handy, then rol into a ball.
- If desired, cover with colored sprinkles.
