This vegan cashew parmesan cheese alternative made with cashew, salt and nutritional yeast is perfect to sprinkle over pasta. The white pepper adds some complexity that makes this recipe irresitible.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup (140 g) cashews
  • ¼ cup (15 g) nutritional yeast
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
    Add the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper to a food processor.

    Blend until finely ground.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 months.
