Almond Butter Bliss Balls

Delicious bliss balls made with NUX almond butter, oats, dates and maple syrup. Covered with colored sprinkles for a funky touch.

  • 2 (35 g) Medjool dates
  • 35 g NUX almond butter
  • 15 g gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt


  • colored sprinkles


  • Blend the dates and the almond butter in a small kitchen blender or food processor.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until dough forms.
  • Press about 1 teaspoon of dough between your handy, then rol into a ball.
  • If desired, cover with colored sprinkles.
