Easy Baked Oats For One

These baked oats for one are made in single-serving ramekins and make an easy and nutritious breakfast. This recipe is vegan, egg-free and gluten-free.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ (± 50 g) banana
  • cup (80 ml) plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter optional
  • ½ cup (60 g) rolled oats gluten-free if needed
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Blend: Add the banana, plant-based milk, almond butter (if using), rolled oats, baking soda, and a pinch of salt to a personal blender (or a small food chopper). Blend until combined. Alternatively, mash the banana with a fork and combine everything in a bowl.
  • Transfer: Pour the oat mixture into a greased ramekin.
  • Bake: Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
