Passion fruit liqueur Vodka Frozen mango Passion fruit puree Vanilla extract Lime juice

Ingredients

Step 1

Run the pulp and seeds of 2 passion fruits through a strainer to retrieve the puree.

Step 2

Add the frozen mango and passion fruit puree to a blender or high-rise container.

Step 3

Pour the passion fruit liqueur, vodka and vanilla extract into the blender/container.

Step 4

Add a few drops of fresh lime juice.

Step 5

Blend until perfectly smooth. Make sure there are no bits of frozen mango left.

Step 6

Pour the mixture into a coupe glass and garnish with half a fresh passion fruit.
