What to expect

Lime juice (optional)

Olive oil

Red wine vinegar

Oregano & red pepper flakes

Step 1

Wash the fresh herbs and remove the thick stems.

Step 2

Chop the herbs with a knife or in a food processor.

Step 3

If using a food processor, pulse until the herbs are finely chopped.

Step 4

Combine with the oil, vinegar or lime juice, garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.

Step 5

Transfer to an airtight container  and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Try it over grilled tofu, grilled meat or roasted potatoes

Or use it in a delicious salad bowl!
