This Martini Fiero Spritz is zesty, fizzy and makes a refreshing summer cocktail. It has a distinct flavor profile and makes a great alternative to the classic Aperol Spritz

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Martini Fiero 3 tablespoons
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Martini prosecco ¼ cup
  • 1 splash of sparkling water
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Pimp your Spritz

  • 1 oz (30 ml) orange juice 2 tablespoons
  • ½ oz (15 ml) ginger syrup 3 teaspoons


  • Add the Martini to a large wine or balloon glass.
  • Add in the orange juice and ginger syrup if using. Give it a good stir.
  • Top it with crushed ice.
  • Pour in the prosecco and finish it off with a splash of sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange and fresh thyme.
