This frozen strawberry smoothie is super creamy even though it's made without yogurt and milk. The secret is to add nut butter for creaminess and a teaspoon of strawberry jam to enhance the strawberry flavor.

Notes
One cup holds about 8 large whole strawberries. Use 10-12 strawberries if they are pretty small.
If you don't have enough frozen strawberries, you can use part fresh strawberries.
If using a small blender, run the frozen strawberries under warm water to slightly soften them. This will make the blending process easier and prevent damaging the blades. You can omit this tip if using a high-speed blender.
