Start by adding the orange juice to your blender. Next add in the berries, yogurt, and oats.
Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until perfectly smooth while gradually increasing the speed.
Transfer the smoothie to a smoothie jar or your favorite to-go cup.

To reduce the amount of (fruit) sugar in this smoothie, you can reduce the orange juice by half and substitute it with milk. I like unsweetened soy milk.
