Berry Breakfast Smoothie With Oats

This 4-ingredient berry breakfast smoothie with oats is super refreshing and exactly what you need for a dynamic start to your day.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup (240 ml) orange juice or blood orange juice
  • 1 cup (130 g) frozen berry mix
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt I like unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons quick-cooking oats gluten-free*

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the orange juice to your blender. Next add in the berries, yogurt, and oats.
  • Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until perfectly smooth while gradually increasing the speed.
  • Transfer the smoothie to a smoothie jar or your favorite to-go cup.

Notes

  1. To reduce the amount of (fruit) sugar in this smoothie, you can reduce the orange juice by half and substitute it with milk. I like unsweetened soy milk.
