Cashew butter

Unsalted peanuts

Vanilla extract

Step 1

Combine the cashew butter, maple syrup,  coconut oil, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Stir in the almond flour.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup and plant-based milk.

Step 4

Fold in the whole, unsalted peanuts.

Step 5

Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Press the nougat layer into the pan.

Step 6

Gently spread the caramel layer on top. Freeze for 90 minutes.

Step 7

Cut the frozen block into 8 equally-sized bars.

Step 8

Dip each bar into melted chocolate and place it on a cooling rack.

These Snickers bars make the perfect afternoon snack for kids and adults.
