Turmeric, ginger, paprika
Delicately place the silken tofu in a fine-mesh sieve over the sink. Let the excess water drip off while you sauté the veggies.
Slice the scallions and set the green parts aside. Remove the core of the bell pepper and cut it into very small dices.
Sauté the vegetables over medium-high heat. Once they are soft and golden, remove them from the pan.
Add the drained block of tofu to the pan. Break it up into relatively large chunks. Let the tofu cook for several minutes without stirring.
When the bottom starts to turn golden and a "skin" starts to form, flip the pieces. Add the spices. Continue cooking and stir every so often.
Sprinkle with black salt and add the sautée pepper and the green parts of the scallions to the pan.
