What to expect

Silky smooth consistency 22 grams of plant protein No protein powder

Vanilla extract

Almond butter

Silken tofu


Pinch of salt

Cocoa powder

Maple syrup

Step 1

Drain the silken tofu.  Add all the ingredients and some ice cubes to a blender.

Step 2

Blend until perfectly smooth. This should take less than 30 seconds.

Step 3

Pour the smoothie into your favorite smoothie jar or a to-go cup and drink it right away.

It makes a perfect post-workout snack!
