Easy Vegan Omelette

What to expect

This silken tofu omelette is soft, flexible and actually tastes like eggs!

Spices & black salt

Arrowroot or corn starch

Oat flour


Silken tofu

Vegetable oil

Plant-based milk

Step 1

Add the tofu, oat flour, arrowroot powder, spices and black salt to a blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth. It should have the consistency of a pancake batter.

Step 3

Pour ¼ of the omelette batter into the pan. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Run a spatula along the edges and underneath the omelette to prevent it from sticking.

Step 5

Flip the omelette and let it cook on the other side for several minutes.

This vegan quiche is perfect for brunch!
