What to expect

Cashew butter (or white tahini)

Lemon juice

Ingredients

Pinch of salt

Mustard

Maple syrup

Garlic

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a small blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth. Adjust flavor with lemon juice and salt.

Step 3

Transfer the dressing to a clean jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Use on your homemade caesar salad!
