Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

What to expect

Super moist vegan banana bread WITH a cinnamon swirl inside!

Almond flour

Almond butter


Baking soda + powder

Ripe bananas

Oat flour

Plant milk



Flax seeds

Vanilla extract

Step 1

Combine the dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2

Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add in the wet ingredients.

Step 3

Add the flour blend to the banana mixture. Combine with a rubber spatula.

Step 4

Spoon half of the batter into a loaf pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top (see video).

Step 5

Spoon the rest of the batter into the loaf pan. Draw a pattern with a knife.

Step 6

Bake for 45 minutes or until the top of the bread looks golden brown.
