Easy Vegan Baked Oats

What to expect

1/2 banana

Flax seeds

Maple syrup


Plant-based milk

Oats or oat flour

Almond butter

Baking soda + salt

Step 1

Add the oats (or oat flour), flax seeds, baking soda and a pinch of salt to a small blender.

Step 2

Next, add in the banana, almond butter, maple syrup and plant-based milk.

Step 3

Blend until perfectly smooth OR mash the banana with a fork and combine in a bowl.

Step 4

Fold in the chocolate chips with a spoon.

Step 5

Pour the oat mixture into a greased ramekin. Bake in the oven OR in the microwave.
