Step 1

Make the flax eggs. Combine the flaxseed meal and water in a small bowl.

Step 2

Combine the dry ingredients (oat flour, rice flour, baking soda, pinch of salt) in a large bowl.

Step 3

Form a "well" in the center of the dry ingredients. Add in the flax eggs, yogurt, hummus, apple cider vinegar and oil.

Step 4

Mix with a spatula until you obtain a fluffy, airy batter.

Step 5

Optionally transfer the batter into a piping bag. 

Step 6

Fill the batter into the doughnut pan using the piping bag or two spoons.

Step 7

Smooth out the surface of each bagel with a little plant-based milk. Sprinkle with mixed seeds.

Step 8

Bake the bagels for 25 minutes until perfectly golden.
