Seedless watermelon


Salt Dried oregano Hemp seeds

Olive oil Red wine vinegar Maple syrup

Step 1

Cut off the top and the bottom of the watermelon. Then, run a sharp knife along the rind.

Step 2

Cut the watermelon vertically into thick slices.

Step 3

Place them cut side down on the cutting board. Now cut them horizontally into small cubes.

Step 4

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.

Step 5

Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, maple syrup, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 6

Add everything to a large bowl. Give it a good toss.

Step 7

Garnish with extra mint leaves and hemps seeds.
