Silken tofu
Ingredients
Red pepper
Green onions
Olive oil

Step 1
Drain the silken tofu
in a fine-mesh sieve.

Wash and cut the vegetables
into small dice.

Sauté
the white parts of the scallions and the red peppers.

Step 4
Remove the veggies from the pan and
add in
the tofu.
Break it up into large chunks.

Season
with turmeric, garlic and paprika. Continue cooking over medium heat.

Add in the sautée pepper,
green parts of the scallions and black salt.
