Easy Tofu Scramble

What to expect

Soft scrambled tofu Eggy flavor Perfect breakfast

Black salt (kala namak)

Turmeric, garlic, paprika

Silken tofu


Red pepper

Green onions

Olive oil

Step 1

Drain the silken tofu in a fine-mesh sieve.

Step 2

Wash and cut the vegetables into small dice.

Step 3

Sauté the white parts of the scallions and the red peppers.

Step 4

Remove the veggies from the pan and add in the tofu. Break it up into large chunks.

Step 5

Season with turmeric, garlic and paprika. Continue cooking over medium heat.

Step 6

Add in the sautée pepper, green parts of the scallions and black salt.

Try it for breakfast this week!
