Ingredients
Cashew butter
Ground flax seeds
Maple syrup
Step 1
Add the oat flour, ground flax seeds, baking soda and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
Step 2
Stir to combine and form a "well" in the middle.
Step 3
Add in the wet ingredients.
Step 4
Stir until combined. You should obtain a thick mixture.
Step 5
Fold in frozen raspberries and lemon zest.
Step 6
Transfer the oat mixture to two greased ramekins.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven or microwave for 3 minutes.
