Peanut butter
Maple syrup
Water
Lime juice
Tamari (or soy sauce)
Garlic, ginger, cayenne
Add all the peanut butter, tamari, maple syrup, lime juice and spices to a small mixing bowl and whisk until creamy.
Then, add the water to thin it out and give it the perfect dipping consistency that is neither too thin, nor too thick.
This peanut sauce makes an incredible dipping sauce for vegan rice paper rolls packed with vegetables.
Use the peanut sauce as a dressing to bring a simple raw cabbage salad to the next level.
