Ingredients
Peanut butter
(Plant-based) milk
(Plant-based) yogurt

Add the oats and chia seeds
to a bowl or sealable container.

and vanilla extract (optional).

You should obtain a thick and creamy mixture.

Add in the chopped peanuts
and place the oats in the fridge for a few minutes.

Make the caramel.
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup.

Melt the dark chocolate
in a double boiler or in the microwave.

Layer the oats, caramel and chocolate.

Fill up half a small jar
with the oats mixture. Then, add a layer of caramel and chocolate. Repeat.
