Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats

Chia seeds

Rolled oats

Maple syrup


Peanut butter

(Plant-based) milk

(Plant-based) yogurt

Step 1

Add the oats and chia seeds to a bowl or sealable container.

Step 2

Stir in the milk, peanut butter and vanilla extract (optional).

Step 3

Stir in the yogurt. You should obtain a thick and creamy mixture.

Step 4

Add in the chopped peanuts and place the oats in the fridge for a few minutes.

Step 5

Make the caramel. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup.

Step 6

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.

Step 7

Layer the oats, caramel and chocolate.

Step 8

Fill up half a small jar with the oats mixture. Then, add a layer of caramel and chocolate. Repeat.

It's the most delicious make-ahead breakfast!
