Dry-roast the spices in a large heavy pot or Dutch oven.
Pour in the grape juice, cranberry juice and the juice of one orange.
Peel and slice the other orange. Carefully add the slices to the pot.
Add ground cinnamon and a cinnamon tea bag (optional). Simmer for 30 min.
Strain the non-alcoholic mulled wine using a fine-mesh sieve.
