Ingredients

Milk of choice

Oats (GF)

Cinnamon, turmeric & ginger

Step 1

Add the ingredients to your blender. Start with the milk, then add in the frozen fruits.

Step 2

Blend until smooth. It takes 30 sec to 1 min for the oats to be finely ground.
