Rinse the quinoa
in a fine-mesh sieve to remove dust and debris.

Soak the quinoa
in cold water for at least 2 hours.

Drain and rinse the quinoa.
Add it to a powerful blender with exactly 1 cup of water and salt.

Blend until perfectly smooth
(about 2 minutes).

Cook the tortillas.
Spread it out thinly and make sure your pan is really hot when you start out.
