Gluten Free Sugar Cookie Recipe

What to expect

Cornstarch OR arrowroot

Almond flour

Brown sugar


Salt & vanilla

Vegan butter

GF oat flour

Maple syrup

Step 1

Beat the butter, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add the almond flour, oat flour, and cornstarch/arrowroot powder to the mixing bowl.

Step 3

Form two flat disks of dough and wrap them tightly with plastic film. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Roll out a disk it in between 2 pieces of parchment paper.

Step 5

Cut out the sugar cookies using your favorite cookie cutters.

Step 6

Bake for 6-8 minutes and let cool completely.

Step 7

Mix the icing sugar with lemon juice at a time until you obtain a pretty thick icing.

Step 8

Decorate your cookies to your liking.
