Step 1

Make the flax egg by combining flaxseed meal and water in a small bowl.

Mix the dry ingredients (oat flour, rice flour, baking soda, a pinch of salt) in a large bowl.

Add in the wet ingredients (flax eggs, yogurt, hummus, apple cider vinegar, oil).

Step 4

Mix with a spatula until you obtain a fluffy, airy batter.

Step 5

Transfer the batter into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag (optional).

Step 6

Fill the batter into the doughnut pan using your piping bag.

Step 7

Top the bagels with mixed seeds (e.g., flax and sesame seeds).

Step 8

Bake the bagels for 25 minutes until golden.
