Step 1

Wash and grate the ginger and turmeric—no need to peel it.

Step 2

Add the water, tahini, lemon juice, pulp, and zest, turmeric, and ginger to a blender.

Step 3

Blend until smooth. Alternatively combine everything in a small bowl.

Step 4

Transfer to an airtight container until serving time.
