Step 1

Soak the cashews in warm water for 2 hours.

Step 2

Drain the cashews. Add them to a high-speed blender with the other ingredients.

Step 3

Blend until perfectly smooth (1-2 minutes).

Option 1

Pour the frosting at the center of the cake pan and spread it out. Chill the cake for 2 hours.

Option 2

Chill the frosting for 2h until it's spreadable. Then, spread it onto your cake.
