Rolled oats

Maple syrup

Add the rolled oats to a lidded glass jar (e.g, Mason jar, Weck jar)

Step 1

Pour in the espresso, plant-based milk and maple syrup. Give it a good stir and let the it sit in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

The next morning, stir in some yogurt to make your coffee overnight oats extra creamy.

Step 3

Top with more vanilla yogurt and dust with a fine layer of cocoa powder.
