Grate the carrots
with a
hand grater or the grater blade of your food processor

Add the almonds,
half the oats and the shredded coconut to your food processor.

Blend until finely ground.
Make sure there are no big almonds chunks left.

Add in the grated carrots
and remaining ingredients. Pulse to combine.

Add in the remaining oats
and pulse a few more times.

1 tablespoon of dough in the palm of your hands. Don't roll them or they will fall apart.
