Raw Broccoli Salad Recipe

Step 1

Break up the broccoli into very small florets and cut the stem into slices.

Step 2

Thaw the edamame beans according to package directions.

Step 3

Slice the tofu through the long edge. Then cut it into cubes.

Step 4

Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Combine all the dressing ingredients. 

Step 5

Add the broccoli, edamame, tofu, almonds, crispy onions, and sesame seeds to a salad bowl.

Step 6

Toss with the dressing until everything is evenly covered.
