Step 1

Add the oats, nuts, seeds, and salt to a large bowl.

Step 2

Form a well in the middle and pour in the boiling water.

Step 3

Stir, then let it sit for 20 minutes.

Step 4

After 20 minutes the mixture should have absorbed the water and thickened. Stir again. 

Step 5

Put the mixture into a baking pan that you lined with parchment paper.

Step 6

Bake for 70 minutes until the top of the loaf is golden brown.

It tastes amazing fresh or toasted. Try it out for yourself!
