Blend the peeled bananas, sugar, coconut oil, plant-based milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet and gently mix to combine. Don't overmix it.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Save some to add on top of the banana bread.
Pour the banana batter into a greased loaf pan that you previously lined with parchment paper. Bake it for 45 minutes.
Let cool down completely before slicing as the texture will improve while cooling.
