Combine the rolled oats and the chia seeds in a Mason jar, Weck jar or bowl.
Add in the (plant-based) milk and a splash of maple syrup (optional). Give it a good stir. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add 2-3 tablespoons of (plant-based) yogurt per serving.
Stir to combine. Add the toppings of your choice (e.g., fruits, granola, jam).
