Step 1

Peel fresh bananas and cut them into slices. Freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Once the banana slices are completely frozen, store them in a zip bag.

Step 3

Add your milk of choice, yogurt, vanilla extract and hemp seeds to a powerful blender.

Step 4

Add in the frozen bananas. Blend until perfectly smooth.
